No Forms to Fax or Mail

MTX Communications’ next generation of CACFP processing tools centers around the creation of a “paperless system”.  Under these tools, both the CACFP provider and sponsor will gain a measure of expediency, enhance security and a less cumbersome file storage system.  Providers will be able to digitally certify and sign state mandated reports and store them in an electronic data base for immediate retrieval for printing and/or viewing, with an automated process for the destruction of records after the required three year archive process.

CACFP Sponsors will also be able to receive and  input records into their management system directly from the child care provider, without any paper process of printing and faxing/mailing forms.  Once documents are received electronically from the provider,  the document will be view-able directly into the sponsor’s electronic system for direct data input, certification and digital signing.  These documents will also be held within their electronic data base for immediate retrieval for editing, printing and viewing by authorized staff, with an automated process for the destruction of records after the required three year archive process.
